As a Certified Professional Coach, I am trained to help you navigate barriers in your life. Before I had my CPC, I obtained my Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification through my experience working in HR and Operations-focused roles. My work centered on improving the way people experienced work. This includes professional development, career pathing, competencies, recruiting, creating internship programs, and leading cultural efforts. My purpose is to help others live their best lives.
In pursuit of that purpose, I reflected on my own path often. I made many adjustments to my expectations, accepted new realities, and had to face what was right for me and my family. There was disappointment. Sacrifices were made. Career goals were reshaped.
I've experienced many pivots in my career to get to where I am now. And today, I am proud to say I no longer feel that way. I want to help you feel this freedom.
